Singer-songwriter Ciaran Moran has released the first single 'How are you Man' from his upcoming EP Love in The Gutter. The new release is accompanied by a visualiser music video  filmed by David Barry.

'How are you man' is a melodic return to Moran's his “most comfortable” style of writing  that voices the lifestyle, accent and authenticity of Dublin City dwellers.

The upbeat tune combines older elements with a new twist that makes for a fresh sound on the anthem, highlighting the progression in the musician's sound.

'How are you Man' has a bittersweet vibe, with hopeful lyrics and a grungy guitar riff, the drums add a gentle beat, making for a folk-indie sounding fusion.

Moran has recently finished a string of shows opening for artists including Macy Gray, Paul Young, Jamie webster. He has also headlined a recent sold-out show at Whelans Main Room.

Moran describes his musical style as deeply personal to his experience saying his art is "real, raw and authentic."

This weekend, Ciaran Moran is taking Dublin's 3 Arena  stage as Main Support for The Wolfe Tones on October 13. Tickets can be found here.
