Listen to the track featuring Dublin rappers Flynn Johnson, Graham, Wallfella & producer hikii below
Tallaght rapper Curtisy is back with his new single 'Tree Sap' Remix’d', with the track arriving ahead of the deluxe version of his debut album WHAT WAS THE QUESTION (Deluxe’d) , set for release on October 25.
Produced by Hikii, the track mixes rap and lo-fi genres, with a drum beat reminiscent of early 90's R&B tunes. The lyrics have a distinctly old-school quality that feels like poetry in rap-form. The tune also features a new verse from Curtisy, as well as new guest appearances from a strong Dublin contingent, including Flynn Johnson, Graham and Wallfella.

WHAT WAS THE QUESTION , received rave reviews upon its inital release in May, and helped establish Curtisy as a force to be reckoned with in the Irish hip hop scene.
In an interview with Hot Press earlier this year, the rapper described his musical style as "a breath of fresh air,” adding that “Even though it’s a real unfresh, broken-up sound. It’s different, and people like different.”
