After the success of his debut single 'Get Down', DJ and producer Darren Regan is back with a dance retake of DB Boulevard's 'Point of View'.
Mayo's Darren Regan has been broadening his DJ horizons since the age of 17, later dabbling in production and working as a presenter on Spin South West while playing clubs and festivals.
Regan released his successful debut single 'Get Down' in 2020 - the first house track he has shared under Italian label Total Freedom Records. The track earned noteworthy support on Irish radio and from BBC Radio 1 (Dance Anthems with MistaJam), KISS FM UK and Italy's Radio 105 while featuring on Spotify's Editorial Playlists.
Regan’s latest track ‘Point Of View' is a dance retake of the 2001 classic from DB Boulevard, with Boulevard himself giving it the seal of approval.
Regan heard the original track on a TV advertisement and looked online for an updated club mix for DJ sets. When he couldn’t find anything he started working on his own disco/house version, tapping Melbourne-based vocalist Tara-Lynn Sharrock to record a demo version of the song.

Regan's impressive cover of the timeless global hit 'Point Of View' keeps the feel of the classic track itself while updating the history of house music.
