The Derry four-piece are ready for the summer with their latest driving pop release.
Derry pop outfit Lavengro's latest single ‘Stuck in My Head’ candidly discusses the addicting feelings that come part and parcel with being young and enamoured. Sonically, the track is littered with an active drums and bass, with 1975-style guitars and a radio-ready synth lick permeating throughout.
Authentic, energetic and most importantly, catchy, the band are formed of Gareth Borrow, Jordan Edgar and twins Dave and James Healy. Previously pipped by many tastemakers, including Hot Press, 2024 looks set to be a fruitful year for the four-piece, with their latest release following up from February’s ‘Lie’ - which reached #3 in the Irish Breakers upon its release.

Since forming in 2015, Lavengro have proved themselves to exciting prospects through their electro-pop jams. They've supported the likes of Hudson Taylor, and appeared at a variety of massive festivals, including Seas Session and Electric Picnic. The band have also toured with Irish Giant Gavin James and pop star Lea Heart, while also selling out multiple hometown shows. They're no strangers to the radio waves either, making their mark on the likes of Today FM, iRadio, and RTE2FM.
