A delicious break up track that will have fans of Olivia Rodrigo belting along.
Saibh Skelly's latest release 'You'll Be The Last to Know' is a cathartic break-up banger that sees the Dublin artist releasing the full force of her lyrical prowess.
The single, featuring an earnest, almost adolescent undertone has biting pop lyrics: "If I'm falling in love or falling apart / You'll be the last to know".
Speaking on the new single Skelly says: "I believe everything happens for a reason, I think sometimes you gotta go through the bad to find the good. This song is about finding that good and realising how bad the bad times actually were. Things will always work out for the best".
Describing it as a song that she "has been secretly listening to in her car", 'You'll be the Last to Know' is the perfect sing-along indie hit for the comping festival season.
Saibh Skelly is known for honing her musical chops as a busker on the streets of Dublin since she was a teenager, however she has also shared a variety of stages with famous faces including supporting slots for Hozier, Cian Ducrot and most recently LYRA at her Windmill Live Show.

Skelly's musical sensibility falls in a unique sphere between the poptastic realm of the likes of Sabrina Carpenter and Olivia Rodrigo, but also with a searing authenticity that can be heard from her roots as raw busking talent, and 'You'll Be The Last to Know' is a testament to this.
