'Gaslight' marks the group's first new music release in four years.
Glasgow rock band Travis have announced their upcoming 10th studio album L.A. Times is due for release July 12 2024.
The group's 10th LP will be available from HMV and indie stores in a limited edition green marble vinyl, while the band’s official store will exclusive limited yellow vinyl and merch bundles for sale.
The album is accompanied by a lead single, in the form of 'Gaslight', the first new music released by the group since 2020.
Speaking of 'Gaslight' frontman Fran Healy says: "I read a few weeks ago that gaslighting was the most web searched word in the world.
"We are living in a time where our realities are being warped by bosses, leaders, friends, teachers and politicians. It really is everywhere".

Concluding Healy says: "Gaslighters want to control you. They tell you things which undermine your confidence in yourself and make you question reality and it makes you feel like you’re going crazy.”
Gaslight is a flamboyant and playful track with a full body piano and harmony before kicking into a jubilant course.
Speaking about the upcoming album itself Healy says: “L.A. Times is our most personal album since The Man Who. There was a lot of big stuff to write about back then, the tectonic plates had shifted in my life.
"I was 22 when I was writing those songs. They were my therapy. Over 20 years later and the plates have shifted again. There’s a lot to talk about".
L.A. Times can be pre-ordered here.
