The video features breathtaking shots of the Irish coast and countryside, shot on a trip around Ireland that inspired the song.
Irish alt-electro artist Wornoc has released the stunning video for his latest single 'Four Corners'.
The solo project of guitarist Conor Walsh of Versive, 'Four Corners' celebrates the beauty of Ireland in minimalist instrumental journey, and was inspired by a roadtrip taken by Wornoc and a friend around Ireland, as restrictions were eased earlier this year.
The video further celebrates the beauty of Ireland, with breathtaking shots of the Irish coast from around Wicklow, and includes drone footage of other parts of Ireland that was shot on the trip by the friend, Oscar Hackett of Never Meant Films. Watch it below.
Speaking to Hot Press, Wornoc described how he wanted to "showcase Ireland in all its wonderful glory."
"I remember saying to Oscar that I wanted this video to be a ‘Discover Ireland’ but more dramatic, hence all the excessive shots of me on mountain tops," he joked.

“The video was mostly shot in the earlier hours around Wicklow, around the Bray to Greystones walk and Sugarloaf, which was filmed over the span of two days. Other shots are drone shots from various coastal points from all around Ireland. I wanted to keep the additional coastal spots in the video because they were points that inspired the song. Sadly when I was visiting these places, I didn’t have a camera with me," he explained.
"When we filmed along the Bray to Greystone walk, we got up around 5am and received an incredible morning. Even though I am from Tallaght, it was my first time doing the walk so it was quite special.
"Not being able to travel abroad during lockdown gave me the excuse to visit points of Ireland that I have never gone to before. The great thing about working with Oscar on all these music videos and visuals, we have developed a great understanding of what is needed in terms of vibes, moods and pace. Without his input and hard work, I wouldn’t have been able to pull this off."
Having just formed in 2021, the Dublin based alt-electronic artist has been quickly championed the likes of Rock Sound and Hot Press magazine, along with gaining national and international airplay.
Known for his work as guitarist for alt-punk band Versive, Wornoc has also collaborated with highly respected artists such as Andrew Marshall (Billie Eilish) and Justin Nace (PVRIS) on a live drum performance of his previous release 'Signs'.
Driven by infectious grooves, lush ambient textures, melodic guitar riffs and electronic music, Wornoc provides a spectacular sonic environment for introspections, sounds that are far removed from what’s going on in the Irish music scene.
Wornoc will play a number of live shows next year, including a night at Whelans Upstairs on January 29th. Tickets are available here.
