Virgin Media Television has announced that 200 free tickets are available for the upcoming episode of The Secret Headliner, filming at The Grand Social in Dublin on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

The series features emerging Irish artists performing as support for a major Irish headliner, whose identity remains secret until they appear on stage. Each headliner selects a local act to open the show, highlighting up-and-coming talent.

Grooveline have been confirmed to be the support act for this episode. The six-piece band was described by Hot Press as “exceptional as individuals” and “a watertight unit, playing for each other with the taste and chemistry of a grizzled jazz outfit.”

The band have played sold out headline shows in venues like Whelan's, Workman’s, and Róisín Dubh. They have also supported Kneecap in Vicar Street for two consecutive nights and Kíla in the National stadium.

Previous episodes have featured Picture This at Cork’s Crane Lane Theatre and Grammy winner Cian Ducrot at The Academy in Dublin.

To attend the filming, you must be over 18 and available on Tuesday, April 22. Tickets are free but limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
