We became a duo when our third member, Jessy Rose, left the group due to his struggles with mental health. Jessy is obviously our brother - we got together and made some really cool music with him - and what happened to him was something that could have happened to anyone. He wasn't in the best mental health state and it affected his creative ability. So him being in that state of mind, he decided to leave the band.

But he's our brother still. We care so much about his well-being and we're still the best of friends. I still talk to Jessy all the time. So we don't judge him. It could've been any one of us in the group. It's difficult dealing with these situations, but we're still a family. If anything, this has taught us to take care of our mental health and just make the smartest decisions you can.

For the people who have friends and family that are suffering, be patient and understand when they're in a space where they feel alone. We're not going through it. They're going through it themselves, and only they know how it feels. So if we can just understand that, and have patience and show them that we love them, that's what's important. It sounds corny, but the corniest things are the truest things. I never thought I'd be saying all this corny shit, but truly, very fucking honestly, you just need to be there for people. Show them we love them; let them know they're not on their own; let them know you care about them; and let them know it's not going to be forever. Yeah man - just be there for the people going through that shit.
