Just days after announcing her highly anticipated new album, Happier Than Ever (out July 30), Billie Eilish has shared a new single, 'Your Power', taken from the project. It arrives alongside a new self-directed video, set in California’s Simi Valley.
Billie has described the single as “one of [her] favourite songs [she’s] ever written” – adding: “I feel very vulnerable putting this one out because I hold it so close to my heart. This is about many different situations that we’ve all either witnessed or experienced. I hope this can inspire change. Try not to abuse your power.”
Happier Than Ever follows her debut studio album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, released in 2019. At the 2020 Grammy Awards, her debut won Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Engineered Album (Non-Classical), while the album's hit single 'Bad Guy' won Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Billie's brother and collaborator Finneas also won Producer of the Year (Non-Classical).
