Burna Boy dropped the video for his brand new single ‘Question’ yesterday (August 24).
Nigerian artist and producer Don Jazzy features on the track which features a feel good beat full of glittering synths and vibrant guitars. The music video captures Burna Boy as a hometown hero as his rivals plot to take his throne.
The visuals were shot by TG Omori in Lagos and features shots of locals and local business. The lyrics of the song incorporate English, pidgin English and Yoruba. ‘‘Question but dem no get answer. Anything wey you wish, that be your portion. Na by the grace of God Inshansha Allah we dey move am’,” he croons in the chorus.
‘Question’ is the 30-year-old's second single of 2021 and follows up ‘Kilometre’ which dropped in April. The Nigerian singer also collaborated on a number of tracks this year including ‘Rollin’’ with MIST, ‘Rotate’ with Becky G, Justin Bieber’s ‘Love By You and ‘Hey Boy’ by Sia.

Burna Boy shared his last album Twice As Tall in August 2020 and won Best Global Music Album with the record at the Grammys. The superstar was announced as a headliner for the debut of the Lost In Riddim festival in California which highlights dancehall, reggae and Afrobeats music.
