Take a look at Courtney Love's emotional performance below.
Courtney Love has shared a moving new acoustic cover of Britney Spears' 'Lucky' – following Spears' recent testimony against her conservatorship in court.
The performance is part of the former Hole frontwoman's ongoing series of acoustic covers, recorded at her home in England. Love has been a vocal supporter of the #FreeBritney movement, which has highlighted the issues surrounding Spears' conservatorship, which began in 2008.
On June 23, Spears spoke in court, asking the judge to end the "abusive" conservatorship.
"I’ve been in denial; I’ve been in shock; I am traumatised," the pop icon said during the hearing. "I just want my life back."
Many of Spears' contemporaries have also shared their support in the wake of the testimony.
"It is unacceptable that any woman, or human, wanting to be in control of their own destiny might not be allowed to live life as they wish," Christina Aguilera wrote in a statement on Twitter.
