The Dublin-formed five-piece put their own spin on the jazz standard for BBC Radio 2
Fresh from the release of their acclaimed fourth album, Romance, Fontaines D.C. played a special Sofa Session for Jo Whiley on BBC Radio 2 last night – performing tracks from the LP, as well as a cover of 'Let's Get Lost', famously recorded by Chet Baker in 1955.
Fontaines D.C. – who star on the current issue of Hot Press – previously expressed their love for Chet Baker, specifically his debut vocal album Chet Baker Sings, in a Q&A with Fred Perry Subculture.
Romance was recently named Hot Press's Album of the Month, scoring a nine-star review, before going on to debut at No.2 on both the Irish and UK charts last.
The five-piece launched their new album with a special show in London last month, which was attended by the likes of Harry Styles, Cillian Murphy and Florence Welch.
They're now gearing up for a busy run of tour dates, including two sold-out shows at Dublin's 3Arena on December 6 and 7.
