As part of our celebrations for Van Morrison's 75th birthday, Hozier performs 'Caravan', and shares his reflections on Van's music.
Hozier initially came to worldwide attention with his breakthrough hit 'Take Me To Church'. He has since released two acclaimed albums, Hozier and Wasteland, Baby!, and was voted 'Artist of the Decade' by the readers of Hot Press earlier this year.
