The British rock icon performed ‘Go Let It Out’ for the first time since 2002.
Liam Gallagher made his return to live performance last night (August 17), with a gig for the NHS at London’s O2 arena.
The show was the Oasis frontman’s first live show in eighteen months, and acknowledged NHS workers for their sacrifices during the pandemic. Last night’s show marked the first of two sold out dates at the venue for the singer.
The 48-year old got off to an electric start with Oasis’ staple opener, ‘Hello,’ before launching into a thunderous rendition of ‘Morning Glory.’ Gallagher performed cuts from Oasis’ discography and from his own solo catalogue.
The ‘Songbird’ writer treated fans to his first performance of Oasis’ iconic song ‘Go Let It Out’ as a solo performer. It was also the first time he had played the song since 2002.
