Miley Cyrus performed a moving acoustic cover of Pink Floyd's 'Wish You Were Here' on this weekend's episode of Saturday Night Live at Home.
Although the iconic late-night comedy programme has moved away from the studio and into cast members' homes due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, SNL continues to draw a star-studded line-up of guests – with last night's episode featuring a surprise appearance from Brad Pitt, as well as a fireside performance from Cyrus.
Cast in the eerie red glow of the fire, the American star was joined on the 1975 hit by guitarist Andrew Watt – who recently announced that he had tested positive for COVID-19. Cyrus previously covered of Pink Floyd's 'Comfortably Numb' live at Las Vegas' iHeartRadio Music Festival last year.
Her performance follows Chris Martin's cover of Bob Dylan's similarly topical 'Shelter From The Storm' on the previous episode of SNL At Home, which aired earlier this month.
