The Galway born singer songwriter performed the track as part of the Hot Press Nothing Compares Brigid 1500 events.
Presented by Hot Press and Kildare County Council, the concert was one in a series of Nothing Compares events taking place as part of the Brigid 1500 programme, all of which have placed a special emphasis on celebrating the unique creative spirit of Irish women.
The night in question, was hosted by Laura Whitmore and featured life-affirming performances from Imelda May, Camille O’Sullivan, HamsandwicH, Roisin El Cherif, Nell Mescal as well as Regan herself.
There was also a powerful reading from the First Woman of Ireland, Sabina Higgins.
Regan, whose sound embodies the spirit of the contemporary Irish folk scene –showcases strings and pure sincerity in this beloved track.

With her sophomore LP Come as You Are, available to fans on May 31, Regan seems to be on a creative roll, having performed a string of European dates already this year.
“A lot of it is about being in your late twenties and kind of realising we’re all running out of time,” she says.
Continuing, Regan explains: "That’s what the album essentially is, just making peace with where I’m at and being realistic with myself.”
