The track was reportedly recorded in four hours.
Spanish singer Rosalía and Dominican rapper Tokischa have shared a new song called 'Linda', alongside its accompanying video.
The video, which sees Rosalía and Tokischa partying in various locations, including an underground club, a tunnel, and a street party in the rain, was directed by Raymi Paulus.
The track itself was produced by LeoRD, and its dembow (a style of reggaeton that has origins in Jamaican rhythms) beat merges with Rosalía's flamenco pop sensibilities and Tokischa's energetic, effortless flow.
Rosalía describes Tokischa as a “strong and indispensable woman, who doesn’t conform to any molds.
“I admire her because she is unapologetically herself and doesn’t try to be a role model,” she continues. “This song came together in [Dominican Republic city] Los Guandules, where I was inspired by and felt the affection of its generous people who are filled with creativity. Viva dembow and viva la República Dominicana!”
According to Rosalía, the track was recorded in four hours.

“Yeah, it was fast and it was great,” Tokischa said. “The final product was so much fun. Making it and then listening to it was like the party and then the after party. It felt like a dream actually.”
“It comes from us wanting to do dembow when I [had] never done it," Rosalía added. "It’s the first time and I’m very happy that you, Toki, pushed me to try something new,” she said, addressing the rapper in Stereogum.
