If these two are the supposed nice guys, we're not sure if we want to meet the bad guys!
The 70's, an era of the clichéd sex, drugs and rock&roll and we're about to relive it in all its glorified colour saturated extravagance in The Nice Guys.
Starring Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe, The Nice Guys looks set to be the action-comedy anecdote of the summer. In L.A. 1977, down on his luck investigator Holland March (Gosling) is affronted by the unpleasant visit of hired enforcer Jackson Healy (Crowe). Starting off on a rocky note, the two are forced to put their differences aside and work together, only to develop a steady bromance. The case? To investigate the whereabouts of a missing girl which unravels to a whole lot of seemingly unrelated events including a dead porn star.
Directed and co-written by Shane Black, the music used in the trailer ('I Know I'm Losing You', Rod Stewart' and 'Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress', Hollies) is enough of an incentive to go check this movie out.
The Nice Guys is out June 3.
