This is the latest single from the teenaged punk icons since their track 'Racist Sexist Boy' went viral in May this year.
The Linda Lindas have released their brand new single called 'Oh!'
'Oh!' is the latest single from the LA teen punk sensations since their anti-racism track, ‘Racist, Sexist Boy’, went viral back in May, catching the attention of a number of high-profile names including Rage Against The Machine‘s Tom Morello.
Their first single for Epitaph Records since signing with the legendary punk label earlier this year, the track is an high-octane anthem about the way things never seems to go how you want, even when you’re trying to do the right thing. Check out the energetically colourful video below.
The Linda Lindas shot to fame in May, when their live performance of 'Racist, Sexist Boy' at the LA Public Library went viral. In an interview ahead of their performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last month, 10 year old drummer and singer Mila told Kimmel more about the story behind the song.
This band is called “The Linda Lindas” and I’m a fan now. They got the vibes right. They’re gonna go far. pic.twitter.com/nhudSmoBXs

"The backstory is that a boy from school told me that his dad told him to stay away from Chinese people," she explained. "And I told him that I was Chinese and he backed away from me."
Bassist and lead singer Eloise, aged 13, added: "There’s also a lot of sexism around boys our age…so we were really angry and we decided to write a song about it."
The Linda Lindas (also including guitarists and vocalists Bela and Lucia), got their break when they were handpicked to open for Bikini Kill at the Hollywood Palladium in 2019, and have also played gigs with the likes of Best Coast.
The Palladium gig brought them to Parks And Recreation star Amy Poehler’s attention, after which they contributed music to her recent Netflix movie Moxie.
