Since launching its first edition earlier this year, the Hot Press Lockdown Sessions' Y&E Series has presented special live-streamed performances from 80 of Ireland's brightest new talents – including Tolü Makay, who performs her acclaimed original track 'Reflection' below.

Since first dipping her toes into music by singing in church as a child, Tolü Makay has fast become one of Ireland's most thrilling talents. She shared her debut EP, BEING, earlier this month.

So far, the Y&E Series has also welcomed the likes of Wild Youth, Malaki, Janet Devlin, CMAT, JC Stewart, Megan Burke, Little Hours, Dea Matrona, Joshua Burnside, SON, Ryan O'Shaughnessy, Somebody's Child, April, Gemma Dunleavy, PowPig, The Ocelots, Tebi Rex, Soda Blonde, Celaviedmai, JyellowL, Martin McDonnell and many, many more.

This Friday, the Y&E Series return for a third edition – with a fresh bill of 40 spell-binding, intimate Instagram performances. The series – which offers a unique insight into the remarkable quality of Ireland's current music scene – is made possible thanks to the support of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media!

The live gigs, which are broadcast nightly on the Hot Press Instagram platform, have been viewed by over quarter of a million people to date.
