Audience members wept as Chris Cornell's daughter Toni sang a heart-wrenching rendition of 'Hallelujah' alongside OneRepublic on a morning show for US network ABC.
Toni Cornell and OneRepublic dedicated the song to Soundgarden singer Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington of Linkin' Park, both of whom died by suicide this year.
Backed by stunning piano and strings, the brave young woman and OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder alternated verses, but sang together on the final one.

Friends Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington passed within a month of one another. Cornell, age 52 died in May, and Bennington, age 41, died in June. Bennington was godfather to Toni Cornell's brother Chris.
“It’s an honor to perform this for my dad and Chester and to sing for them,” Toni said.
Linkin' Park was originally slotted for the performance as part of the concert series by Good Morning America, but the sobering tribute took place instead.
