Their first gig sold out in a matter of minutes.
Following their announcement earlier in the month of their return to live performing at Croke Park on the 5th of July 2019, Westlife have today announced an extra date at the stadium for the next day due to "phenomenal demand".

The two dates will be the group's first performances at Croke Park since they played what was intended to be a set of farewell concerts there in 2012, where they then parted ways after well over a decade together.
Rumours began to surface in September of a potential return for the UK & Ireland’s top selling album group of the 21st century, with them later confirming them to be true earlier this month with a teaser video on Twitter that promised new music and a tour.

After the official announcement, Westlife held a press conference earlier this week to discuss the news, where it was confirmed that ex-band mate Brian McFadden wouldn't be joining Shane, Mark, Kian and Nicky for 'The Twenty Tour' nor the new album.
"I think everyone was talking about that. The only people who weren't talking about it was us," Shane said of the questions on McFadden's return. "It's a hard one to describe because we don't have any ill-will towards Brian. The way we look at it is, we finished the band as a four-piece, we were together for maybe eight years after Brian left - a lot longer than we were with Brian."
After signing a new record deal with Virgin EMI, the group hope to have a new album ready for next year, and will be performing some new material alongside their known classic on the tour which will also take them to Belfast and across a host of locations in the UK.
Tickets for Westlife's second show at Croke Park are priced at €59.50 and are on sale now from Ticketmaster.
