The Limerick band will be joined by special guest Sinead O'Brien.
Capping off a major year for the Limerick trio, whenyoung are set to embark on an Irish tour this November, taking in gigs in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway.
Kicking off at The Button Factory in Dublin on November 7, the Irish dates follow a headline UK tour, in support of whenyoung's latest release, Reasons To Dream. The stunning debut was described by Hot Press as "an album to rank among the finest Irish LPs of recent times". Last month, whenyoung dazzled Dublin fans with a powerful set supporting Garbage at the Iveagh Gardens.
whenyoung are set to be joined on their Irish tour by special guest Sinead O'Brien, an Irish poet and performer based in London, whose has performed with the likes of John Cooper Clarke and Brian Jonestown Massacre at sold out venues across the UK.
Tickets for whenyoung's Irish tour go on sale this Friday at 10am. Until then, take a look at our recent interview with singer/bassist Aoife Power here, and see their full Irish and UK tour dates below:
