Having graced the first Hot Press cover of the year, Wild Youth are riding high with the success of their debut EP.
Irish pop-rock quartet Wild Youth have claimed the highest new entry on this week’s Official Irish Albums Chart.
Wild Youth's debut release The Last Goodbye - a five-track EP – enters in at Number 5 this week, following a stunning live performance on RTÉ’s The Late Late Show and pride of place in this fortnight's Hot Press.
Elsewhere, there's more good news for Irish acts, with Tommy Fleming's latest album Voice of Hope II reaching a new peak, cracking the Top 10 for the first time following its release last October. The musician is currently touring across Ireland, hitting Belfast tonight (February 1) with a further 11 shows across February and March.
Bring Me The Horizon claim their second Top 20 album at 15 with amo, while more new entries follow from Backstreet Boys with DNA (25) and Rudimental with Toast To Our Differences (31).
Finally, Bruce Springsteen’s live album Springsteen On Broadway returns to the Top 50 at Number 40 after being released on vinyl.
