Yungblud heads back on stage with “The Weird Time of Life” virtual tour.
Next month, emo punk artist Yungblud will take fans on a virtual tour – including a Dublin date on November 19. Yungblud announced his second album Weird in April and on September 17, released a new single 'God Save Me, But Don’t Drown Me Out'.
‘The Weird Time of Life Tour’ is due to Yungblud’s upcoming album release. The tour will take place explicitly online throughout November and December. Each live-streamed show will 'visit' major cities across Europe and North America – but can be attended virtually from anywhere in the world.
Yungblud is giving fans a chance to attend the concert that would have come this year if it weren't for the global pandemic and social distance precautions. The production of the tour will be hosted by Moment House.
“I can’t wait to play the new songs for the first time and fall into the world with you,” Yungblud said in an Instagram post.

His quarantine YouTube series, “The Yungblud Show” from May can be seen as a prelude to the name of the upcoming tour - pointing out the irregularity of this year’s current events that have transformed life that people knew into unknown territory. It is a “weird time of life.”
In an Instagram post, for the first time ever sharing news of his release on September 17, Yungblud states, “Together let’s redefine what it means to be “different.”
