The creative, innovative and boundary-breaking Yves Tumor is due to play at the 3Olympia Theatre on their To Spite or Not to Spite Tour. The Dublin performance is slated for November 27th, 2023.

Special guests, Nation, are to accompany the American psych-rock musician in the Irish capital, as well as all of their November tour dates.

The tour announcement and music video release comes ahead of their new album Praise A Lord Who Chews But Which Does Not Consume; (Or Simply, Hot Between Worlds). The anticipated album releases March 17th, via Warp Records.

Praise A Lord Who Chews But Which Does Not Consume; (Or Simply, Hot Between Worlds) is described as an interim between rock, psychedelia, and electronica in the reinvention of pop music.

Already released is Tumor's first song on the track, 'God is a Circle,' which came out in November.

Their new song, 'Echolalia,' now has a music video by Jordan Hemingway, described as a "transgressive, gory homage to Gulliver's Travels."

The new album is a direct follow-up of their 2020 album, Heaven To A Tortured Mind and 2021 EP The Asymptotical World. Produced by Noah Goldstein and mixed by Alan Moulder, it has "a sonic signature that acts as a distillation and amplification of Yves' previous work."

The To Spite or Not to Spite Tour starts off at the Coachella Festival in April. Tumor plans to tour North America before making their way to the EU for a show on June 1st.

Tickets for the forthcoming Yves Tumor tour go on sale Friday, February 3rd at 10 AM.
