With one week left to register details, some people have found they have been removed from the database.
If you are over the age of eighteen and currently not registered - you have one week left to collect a RFA2 form.
If you are a recently declared Irish citizen, you need an RFA5 form. And if you have moved address recently, that's an RFA3.
All forms are available from your local Garda office. Upon completion, they must be submitted to your local city or council hall.
The national collation to repeal the 8th amendment, Together 4 Yes, have been widely raising awareness to ensure that you are registered to vote in the referendum on the 25th of May by social media and in person.
Most recently, the group organised a countrywide 'Register For Yes' event on Facebook, reminding and aiding people in securing a RFA5 form, providing information and helpful details.

The form can be completed and sent off in a matter of minutes, under the supervision of your local Garda office.
The urgency stems from the recent reveal that over 150,000 young people are not currently registered on the database. This includes 60,000 people who recently turned eighteen. A number of mature Irish citizens have also discovered over the last few weeks, that upon checking Check The Register.ie, their names had been removed from the system despite all details being up to date.
A direct appeal towards male citizens has also been made by Together 4 Yes and notable members of the public, to spread awareness of the importance each vote carries, irregardless of gender.
