For Trump, separating illegal immigrating families at the Mexican border - taking children away from their parents - are the consequences that need to be drawn to show the democrats it's their fault.
Now, the well-known filmmaker and activist Michael Moore stated his opinion in a Facebook-post, imploring people to think about the American history, pointing out that this is not the first time that his country has violently separated children from their parents. He says:
"Stop being shocked and surprised that Trump is kidnapping Hispanic children from their parents as if "this isn't who we are!" Yes, it is. It has ALWAYS been who we are. Don't say Trump is violating "our American values." Abusing children IS an historic American value. Be proud, America -- Trump is us"
