Vladimir Putin’s top media advisor in the Kremlin has used disgusting racial slurs to attack US President Barack Obama on the state-owned national television.
Dmitry Kiselyov, who is widely described as Putin’s so-called “propagandist-in-chief”, attacked Obama in a bizarre racial rant about his meeting in the White House with Donald Trump.
The Kremlin's top man outrageously claimed that the outgoing US President was “throwing his arms about as if he was in the jungle” when President-elect Trump sat down with Obama recently in the White House.
“Obama is cheeky these days, if not unceremonious. It started when Trump paid his first visit to the White House.... There, Trump behaved like an English lord, while Obama was throwing his arms about as if he was in the jungle,” he said on TV.
He outrageously added, “But that was not enough: (Obama was) throwing his arms about, as if he was (painting a picture) in the open air,"

The Russian TV show was originally aired last Sunday night with the racial insults, but they were subsequently edited out of a repeat of the show on Tuesday night.
The controversial comments comes only days after a picture emerged of a frosty handshake between Putin and President Obama, who was in Europe on one of his last foreign trips before handing over the keys of the Oval Office to Trump.
Kiselyov was asked by The Moscow Times yesterday why the show was edited when broadcasted on Tuesday night. “Since the show is broadcast live, I can edit my text, make it better, shorter or longer,” he is reported as saying.
“After the first live broadcast, where the jungle was mentioned, my colleagues asked me whether I want(ed to) compare Obama to a monkey - they said (the jungle comment) prompted such an association.”
He went on to claim that he never meant to compare Obama to an animal. “It was important for me to show his tactlessness and disrespect towards Trump, rather that anything else,” he added.
But there was no forthright apology from the 62-year-old about his derogatory comments, which will no doubt leave a bad taste in the mouths of the outgoing Obama administration.
Surprisingly, this isn’t the first time Kiselyov has come out with highly insulting comments. He once made this disgusting homophobic comment: 'Banning gays from distributing propaganda to children is not enough. I think they should be banned from donating blood or sperm, and if they die in a car crash, their hearts should be burnt or buried in the ground as unsuitable for the continuation of life.”
But later he tried to claim that he wasn’t homophobic. “I'm not a homophobe. Lots of my friends are gay. It is simply global practice, as followed in the United States, the European Union, Japan, and Arab countries. Practically everywhere except Russia,” he brazenly claimed.
