Social media feeds from 'The Hunreal Issues' and numerous Twitter users showed the preparation and application of the stencil.
Arguably the most 'infamous' mural that sparked a furious social media debate regarding 'balance' and visible art demonstrations to repeal the 8th Amendment, the MASER ART stencil has returned to it's famous blue wall.
The mural was removed in July 2016 just days after the initial application, due to complaints from members of Dublin city centre that the mural had gone up without proper planning permission and was an appalling message to have on the streets.
However between on-going planning and work from The Hunreal Issues (who originally commissioned the full piece), street-artist MASER ART and the staff of the Project Arts Centre, it looks as if the planning has succeeded.
The mural should be back in place by 1:00pm so be sure to stop by and snap a picture.
