Seven men will also appear before the Crown Court in Belfast on charges connected with rioting in Derry on the night McKee was shot.
The trial of three men charged with murdering Belfast journalist Lyra McKee is due to commence today.
Another seven men are set to appear at the Crown Court in Belfast over charges connected to disorder in Derry on the same day.
Lyra McKee, 29, died after being struck by a bullet during rioting in Derry’s Creggan estate.
Peter Cavanagh, Jordan Gareth Devine and Paul McIntyre have been charged with the murder of McKee in April 2019.

The three men face a number of other charges, including possession of a firearm and ammunition with intent, as well as possessing and discharging a petrol bomb.
The other seven defendants are facing trial on several charges, including rioting and discharging a petrol bomb.
They are Joseph Patrick Barr, Jude Forest Coffey, William Patrick Elliott, Joseph Anthony Campbell, Patrick Anthony Gallagher, Christopher Joseph Gillen and Kieran George McCool.
