Youth Against Racism & Inequality planning Day Of Action tomorrow in Dublin, Cork, Limerick & Galway
Youth Against Racism & Inequality is staging a Day Of Action in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway on Saturday July 25 from noon-2pm.
One of the organisers of the Galway gathering is Celaviedmai, the fast rising Galway rapper who features in the Double Cover Special Issue of Hot Press with either Fontaines D.C. or The Coronas moodily staring out at you.
"This is just my life and this is what I experience," she reflects. "So I wanted to share my thoughts."
In a fascinating interview with Rachel Hannon, Mai talks about her broader involvement with the Black Lives Matters movement; the Irish radio Gender Disparity report; her musical hook up with Nealo and Alan McKee; and her stunning Hot Press Lockdown Sessions' Y&E Series set.
