The Irish singer turns to his roots for his new music video
In mid-June Dermot Kennedy released his new single 'Outnumbered', a powerful love song about self-doubt and loneliness. Yesterday he premiered the video for his latest hit, which is currently fourth on the Irish Singles charts.
For the shooting of the video, Kennedy uses the Bray Wanderers' Carlisle Grounds to showcase his emotional state, walking around the Irish football stadium by himself while singing the lyrics. The video also features other beautiful landscapes in the Wicklow area.
Following the release of the video, Dermot Kennedy posted a picture of a gigantic billboard of him on Times Square in New York, writing: "Add this to the list of surreal things happening to me this year". The Irish singer is also one of YouTube's 'Artists On The Rise' and will be featured in their new video series.
