Cruachan Tease Fans With New Video Ahead Of Button Factory Gig!
Folk metal pioneers, Cruachan, have released a new video ahead of their upcoming gig at the Button Factory in Dublin on 13th September.
Recorded live during the band’s performance at Celtic Tranysilvania festival in Romania during the summer, the video features ‘The Marching Song of Fiach Mac Hugh’ (aka Follow me up to Carlow) from the band’s highly acclaimed ‘Blood for the Blood God’ album.
Following on from a sold-out show at the same venue last year, support at the Button Factory will come from Northern Irish folk metal tribe, Waylander, and Dublin-based, Celtachor. In addition, guest vocal appearances will come from former Cruachan vocalist, Karen Gilligan, Vetra, Babz Allen, and well-known Americana singer/songwriter, Terrie Gray.
Cruachan consists of Keith Fay (Guitar/Vocals/Irish instrumentation), John Ryan (Violin/Irish Instrumentation), Kieran Ball (Guitar), Rustam Shakirzianov (Bass) and Mauro Frison (Drums).
