Talk of wild nights in Dublin, the road to being a superstar DJ and... a marriage proposal? It all went down when Norman Cook stopped by...
We'll be rolling out video coverage of all the highlights of this year's Speakeasy, where we welcomed some of the biggest names of the Forbidden Fruit weekend on to our couch for an intimate chat, over the coming days.
Arguably the biggest name of the weekend was Friday night headliner Fatboy Slim, and we kicked Speakeasy proceedings off in style with a visit from the hugely influential Norman Cook.
Talking to Roisin Dwyer before his set, he opened up about his dance career, escapades in Dublin over the years, support for same-sex marriage and more.
Throwing it to the floor, we also got something totally unexpected... A marriage proposal. The gentleman in question didn't have a ring for his partner, so Mr. Cook kindly donating his own band for the big moment.
Watch it all unfold...
