RTÉ Choice Music Prize 2022 (Photos)
The RTÉ Choice Music Prize took place in Vicar Street last night, with performances of nominees THUMPER, Pillow Queens, Just Mustard, Aoife Nessa Frances and Anna Mieke. Sinead O'Connor made a surprise appearance to take her prize for Irish Classic Album and Fontaines D.C.'s Conor Curley took the stage to pick the band's Irish Artist of the Year prize.
The big winner of the night was CMAT as the judges chose her If My Wife New I'd Be Dead as best record of 2022. The folk-country singer couldn't attend the ceremony due to touring duties so Drag Queen Lavender collected the award on her behalf.
