The acoustic-pop musician treats Hot Press to two moving and inspiring song
Currently on tour in the UK and Germany, Ciaran Lavery joins Hot Press for one of our Storeroom Sessions.
The Irish singer and songwriter is from Aghagallon, an extremely small town in Northern Ireland, and he has contested that this is a great contributor and influence to his music.
"It’s jam packed full of characters and real, genuine people. It’s the type of place where if you’re being an idiot someone will tell you. That’s just how the environment was. I guess that sort of honesty comes out in my music,” the musician explains through his Facebook page.
Lavery's songs reflect the artist's true passion he has. His performances are not only heartening, but also inspiring, which is the reason that he is becoming increasingly popular within Europe and even America.
The singer will also make an appearance at Dublin's Tradfest and Belfast's The Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival in January 2016.
