Trans & Intersex protest in Dublin for Scotland’s new Gender Recognition Bill block (Photos)
Trans & Intersex Dublin organised a demonstration at The Spire in response to the UK government using Section 35 of the 1998 Scotland Act to block Scotland’s new Gender Recognition Bill from becoming law.
A few minutes in the protest before any speeches could happen, the group was forced to move away from O'Connell Street in fear of clashing with right-wing demonstrators that gathered in front of the GPO at the same time.
