"Serious (Live at Iveagh Gardens)" is out now on streaming platforms.
Damo fans rejoice! Dublin native Damien Dempsey has released the footage for his performance of "Serious" at Iveagh Gardens, along with an accompanying single on streaming platforms. "Serious (Live at Iveagh Gardens)," out now via Soulsun/Sony, is the first in a series of Dempsey's live tracks set to be released over the next few months.
Though Dempsey's Vicar Street shows in December are all sold out, tickets are still available for the singer's gig at Iveagh Gardens next summer. Scoop up tickets for the 10 July 2020 performance at ticketmaster.ie.

Eight albums into his career, Dempsey is at this point a pillar in contemporary Irish music. His most recent album, 2018's Union, offered up new songs as well as re-imagined Damo classics. The record centered around collaborations, featuring the likes of John Grant, Kate Tempest, Wildwood Kin, Maverick Sabre and Finbar Fury, among others.
