The gaeilgeoir rappers are set to play major Galway, Dublin and Belfast headliners later this year.
Following the success of their 'Farewell To The Union' UK dates, KNEECAP have announced 'The Occupied Six' tour – featuring major headline gigs at Leisure Land, Galway (September 25), the Olympia Theatre, Dublin (October 2) and the Telegraph Building, Belfast (October 10).
Tipped as one of our ‘Hot For 2020’ Irish acts, the West Belfast trio are fast becoming the country's most notorious artists, courting controversy at every step of their career.
The gaeilgeoir rappers are carrying that momentum Stateside in 2020 – playing the Mercury Lounge, New York for CRAIC Fest on March 7, and joining the Dropkick Murphys’ hugely popular St. Patrick’s Day Boston Blowout festival, with an appearance in the iconic House Of Blues (March 16).
Since talking to Hot Press ahead of their Longitude appearance in July, KNEECAP embarked on their ‘Your Ma Hates Ya’ tour – which included a triumphant sold-out set at The Academy, Dublin.
